During this meditation Dr. Joe You will be guided through your upper energy centers to create amazing, mystical experiences. Start each affirmation by closing your eyes and standing still.-centered. As you start to walk, your eyes will open and your gaze will be fixed on the infinite horizon. Each step will be a reflection of your best self, and you’ll walk as if it were the most perfect and beautiful thing you have ever done.
